Amazing Team and Great Professionalism! I met Raj at one of the Open houses and discussed that I wanted to sell my property and buy a new one. From the first day he was very motivated and positive. To be honest I sold my house with Kumar a while back now, although I wanted to drop a review for the hard work he did in order to sell my home and find a home. I also loved how Kumar and his brothers would work together for example I sometimes wanted to go see homes while my house was hosting an open house, and Kumar said give me one second and got his brother to cover the open house while he was showing me houses, and that's what I call time flexibility. Also Kumar knew exactly what to spend our money on to get the most return, for example he told me most people like a home done and ready instead of them doing it their self. So we got my basement finished, walls freshly painted, kitchen and washroom done, spent about 50 thousand but in return got 122 thousand back after comparing it to my neighbours house with the exact same model. I would give Kumar 10 stars if I could! Even though I sold my house June 2018, he still calls and chats with me, he's more like a pal at this point!
